I just enrolled in the free online Christian Discipleship course from Harvest Ministries titled Christian Discipleship: The Road Less Taken.
This online course is taught by Pastor Greg Laurie. Why have I decided to take this course?

Why I am Taking Discipleship the Road Less Taken
- Jesus and God have been an important part of my life for almost as long as I can remember.
- August 13, 2011, I had an amazing experience when I prayed and asked Christ into my heart as an adult.
- I would love everyone to be able to live the hope-filled life I now have. I battled depression and suicidal thoughts for many years. Since August 13,2011, I have been through some absolutely horrific things but through it all, the Holy Spirit has sustained me and I have not had any suicidal thoughts nor fallen down that dark hole of depression.
- I was led to listen to Pastor Greg Laurie's sermons and found them to be down-to-earth, funny and highly thought-provoking.
- Yesterday, I was led to a very interesting Sermon by Pastor Greg Laurie titled "Never Say Never". In it, he shared a bit of his personal testimony of reaching out to those who had harmed him in the past and offering them the opportunity to accept Christ as their personal Saviour. This is something I long to be able to do too.
- The price is definitely right - I am currently living in a homeless shelter - so free is perfect for me.
